The location is convenient with a tram station nearby (Tophane station is just steps away). A street with multiple dining options is very close to the hotel. The room included very good maintenance.
The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed in the room.

the reception staff were friendly. they seemed attentive to guest needs. i appreciate the central location, its easily accessible by public transport. it made getting around the city very convenient.
my room felt too small. it made moving around difficult. the breakfast lacked variety for my taste. i hoped for more options .

Excellent Location and Friendly Service

The location is excellent I found many cafés and restaurants nearby. There are ATMs, a pharmacy, and a supermarket within walking distance a metro station is also close. I appreciated the seafood restaurant right next to the hotel.
The soundproofing in the room could be improved I noticed the noise from the street. I stayed on the second floor and there was an event nearby at a bar with loud music and many people outside. I think better isolated windows would reduce noise.

Adeliya was very helpful . She provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The location allowed easy access to tourist areas. The staff was friendly and very efficient. I found my room was clean.
The taxi fare arranged by the reception was slightly higher than expected.
